We have been running Adhitrum Homes LLP from this spot for a while now. It is a small space, but it works for what we do. We mostly focus on homes and getting things sorted for people looking for a place. Being near a landmark like Sona Sweet helps because we can just tell people to look for the sweets shop and then find our door nearby. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We are not trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to do the job right and help folks out. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with all the traffic in Nehru Place, but you get used to it after a week. The team is just a few of us who know the local market well. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons talking to people. It is not a glamorous life, but it is real. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just work on homes. If a pipe needs fixing or a contract needs a signature, we handle it. It is a simple business model based on being where the people are. We like the neighborhood and the people we meet.
