Adharshila Designs Pvt Ltd is located in the lower ground floor of B 4/124 in Safdarjung Enclave. We are quite near the old Kamal Cinema, which everyone in the area knows. Being in a lower ground space means we are halfway underground, so the windows are high up near the ceiling. You can see people's feet walking by on the sidewalk if you look up. It’s a cozy enough spot, but we have to be careful about the rain during monsoon season so water doesn't seep in. The office is packed with shelves full of old files and project binders. We have a few desks pushed together in the middle of the room where most of the work happens. The walls are covered in various drawings and some photos of things we've finished over the years. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but the neighborhood is fairly green and nice for a walk during lunch. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to fill the silence. It’s not a very big place, so we end up talking to each other across the room a lot. Sometimes the delivery guys have trouble finding the entrance because the sign is a bit small. We just tell them to look for the cinema and then turn down the lane. It’s a plain, hardworking office.
