Acro Tech Homes Private Limited

Our small office for Acro Tech Homes Private Limited is tucked away in Jawahar Park, right on B-164. It’s a busy part of Khanpur, especially along Deoli Road where there’s always something happening. We spend most of our time dealing with residential projects. South Delhi has a lot of old houses getting redone, so we stay on our toes. It isn't always easy working in these crowded lanes, but it's where we’ve always been. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep our blueprints and meet with contractors. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there talking until it comes back on. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just build houses and try to get the walls straight. Building a home in Delhi takes a lot of patience. There are so many small details that can go wrong. We deal with plumbers, electricians, and the guys who deliver the bricks. Some days are long, and other days we finish early if the supplies don't show up. It’s just how things work here. People around Khanpur know where to find us if they need something fixed or if they are looking to start a new project. We keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge people for things they don't need. It’s a simple operation really. Just us and the local guys we hire. We've been at this address for a bit and we like it.
