We've been around Katwaria Sarai for a bit now, right across from the Qutab Hotel. It's a busy spot in Hauz Khas. We mostly deal with construction and development stuff here. It's just a small office at F-7. Some days it's quiet, other days we have people coming in all the time to talk about building plans or site visits. We try to keep things moving. New Delhi is a big place and things change fast, so we just focus on getting the work done. It isn't always easy with the traffic and the heat, but we show up every morning. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the actual site management from this little office. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. We just keep our heads down. It's a family-run kind of vibe, nothing too fancy. You won't find us wearing suits most days. We're usually out looking at materials or checking on how the workers are doing. If you walk past the hotel, you'll see our sign. It's been there a while. We know the neighborhood well. People around here know where to find us if they need something sorted with their property. We don't spend much time on the computer, mostly we're just talking to folks and making sure the bricks and mortar are going where they should. It's honest work. We've got a small team here, just a few people trying to make a living in the city.
