Zakas Restaurant

You can find Zakas Restaurant right at Saat Rasta in Solapur. We are very close to the Maha Ranapratap Statue. It’s a landmark that everyone knows, so we don't usually have to give directions twice. Solapur is a busy city and Saat Rasta is one of those spots where everything meets. We started this restaurant because we liked the energy of this corner. The building is older but we keep it clean. We have a regular crowd that comes in for lunch every day. Most of them work in the nearby shops or offices. We keep the menu simple with things we are good at making. We don't try to offer a hundred different dishes. It’s better to do a few things right. The kitchen staff has been the same for a long time. We are like a small family here. Sometimes when there's a festival or a rally near the statue, it gets incredibly busy. We just put out extra stools and keep going. We don't have a marketing team or a social media page. People just walk in because they are in the area and they smell the food. It’s an honest way to run a business. We don't promise anything other than a plate of food and a place to sit for a bit. It is just a local spot for local people.
