Valsang Vaada

Valsang Vaada is located right on the Solapur Akkalkot Highway in Valsang. We are pretty easy to spot because we are opposite the Mallikarjun Dhaba. The pin code here is 413228. Being on a highway means we see a lot of people passing through Solapur. It’s a dusty road and there’s always the sound of trucks and cars driving by. Our place is a bit of a landmark for locals who know the area well. We aren’t a big chain or anything; it’s just a local spot. The building is simple and doesn't have any of that corporate feel. We open up early because highway traffic never really stops. It gets hot out here, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can. Most people who stop by are either locals from Valsang or travelers on their way to Akkalkot. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a big marketing plan. We just stay open and serve whoever comes in. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready kind of place, but it works for us. We see the same truck drivers and commuters all the time. The highway is the lifeblood of our business, and we just fit into the rhythm of the road. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just there across from the dhaba.
