Shriraj Pure Veg Restaurant

Shriraj Pure Veg Restaurant is right at Dhamaji Chowk in Mangalvedha. It’s a lively spot in Solapur where people are always crossing the road or stopping at the nearby shops. Being a pure veg place is important to us and the people who live around here. We have a lot of regular customers who come in every single day, mostly for lunch or a quick tea in the evening. The restaurant isn't very modern. The floor is tile and the chairs are simple plastic ones that are easy to move around. We don't have a designer interior or anything like that. Usually, the TV is on in the corner playing the news or a match. My family has been involved in this for a while. It’s a lot of work to keep the kitchen clean and the vegetables fresh, especially with the heat in Solapur. We get our supplies from the local market early in the morning. Sometimes we have to deal with noisy crowds during festival times because the chowk gets so packed. We don't do any big promotions. If the food is good, people come back. That is how we have always looked at it. It is just a regular local business where we try to do our job and go home at the end of the day. We aren't doing anything fancy, just cooking and keeping the space ready.
