Shital Salon

If you find yourself walking down the Main Road over by the Market Yard in Solapur, you’ll likely see Shital Salon. We have been here for a while now, right in the middle of all the noise and activity of the market. It’s a convenient place for people to stop by after they finish their shopping or work. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the chairs from morning till night. The shop is small and we mostly do basic hair cutting and styling for whoever walks through the door. Solapur can get quite dusty with all the trucks moving around the Market Yard, so we spend a lot of time sweeping the floor. It’s just the way it is here. We aren't looking to be the most modern place in town, we just want to give people a decent haircut for a fair price. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but nobody seems to mind much when they're sitting in the chair. We know most of our regulars by name since they live just a few streets away. It’s a simple life running a salon on a busy road. We don't have any fancy brochures or websites. People just see the sign and come in. It’s been 413005’s local spot for quite some time and we plan to stay right here on Main Road for as long as we can.
