Gore Hair Cutting Salon

Gore Hair Cutting Salon is situated right at Gurunanak Chowk in Solapur City. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something to look at through the front window. Our shop is quite old and the paint is peeling a little in the corners, but the equipment is well-maintained. We have three chairs and a small sink in the corner for washing hair. The morning rush starts early here with people wanting to look sharp before they head into the city for work. We don't have a lot of space for storage, so our towels and capes are folded neatly on a shelf where everyone can see them. The radio usually plays the news or some local music to fill the silence. We don't talk too much unless the customer starts it first. Some guys like to complain about the traffic at the chowk while they’re in the chair. It’s just a normal barber shop where you get what you pay for. We don’t use any expensive oils or perfumes, just the basic stuff that works. It’s a bit noisy because of the buses outside, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We’ve been at this spot for years and don’t plan on moving anywhere else. It’s home for us in Solapur, and we enjoy seeing the regulars who stop in every few weeks for their haircut.
