Dhanayanjay Hair Salon

This shop is on Gadegaon Road here in Barshi. I started it because there weren't many places nearby for a quick haircut. It is a simple building, nothing too fancy on the outside or the inside. We have the basic chairs and a large mirror that spans the wall. In Solapur, it gets quite hot, so we try to keep the shop as cool as we can with the ceiling fans. People stop by after work or on their way to the market. We do hair cutting, beard trimming, and sometimes a head massage if someone is feeling tired. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, so I know most of the people who walk through the door. We don't use any high-tech machines, just standard clippers and good old-fashioned scissors. Sometimes the floor gets covered in hair when we're busy, but we sweep it up as fast as possible. There’s a tea shop down the road that brings us snacks in the afternoon. It’s a quiet life running a salon in a town like this. We open up early in the morning before the sun gets too high. If you are looking for a place that doesn't charge too much and just does a decent job, that’s us. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s been this way for years and we don't plan on changing much. The chairs are old but they still work perfectly fine for everyone.
