Ritesh Champak

We are located in the Leela Arcade on the second floor. It's Flat Number 2, right across from the City Hospital on VIP Road. If you know the Railway Lines area, you'll find us easily. It's a busy part of Solapur, always something happening outside the window. Ritesh runs the show here. We've been in this building for some time now. The stairs can be a bit steep, but there is an elevator if it's working that day. Usually, it is. It's not a huge office, just enough space for us to get the daily tasks sorted. We keep our files organized on the shelves, though sometimes the desks get a bit cluttered when things get busy. Being opposite the hospital means there's always people walking by. It feels like we're in the middle of everything. We don't have a big reception team or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will help you out. We use the local tea stall nearby for our breaks. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too formal happens here. We just focus on the work that comes in every morning. Sometimes we stay late if there's a lot to do, especially at the end of the month. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small place. We like the neighborhood, even with all the noise from the traffic on VIP Road.
