Hizun Developer

Hizun Developer is located over at Shop No 1 in the M S Complex. We are right in the middle of Budhwar Bazaar here in Solapur. It is a crowded place, especially on market days, but we like the energy of the area. We have been working from this office for some time now. Dealing with property and development takes up most of our hours. It’s not always easy, things in Solapur move at their own pace. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who walk into the shop. The M S Complex is easy to spot once you are in the bazaar. We handle the paperwork and the planning for different projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the files and maps lying around, but we know where everything is. It is a local business, run by people who live right here. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls, just a regular shop where we get things done. You might see us grabbing tea nearby when we have a break. We try to keep things simple for everyone who comes in. Real estate can be confusing, so we just explain what needs to happen next. It’s a busy life in Budhwar Bazaar, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Just a few of us here making sure the projects stay on track. We stay busy with the day to day stuff. It is what it is. We keep the shop open for whoever drops by.
