We are based out in Village Vairagh, which is near Barshi in the Solapur district. It is a quiet area mostly, but we keep things moving at our place. Being located at Post Hatij means we are a bit away from the main city noise, which we don't mind at all. We handle various things here as a private limited company, focusing on what needs to get done for the local community and beyond. It’s not a flashy setup. We have our offices and the workspace where the actual labor happens. Most of the guys who work here are from around the village or the nearby Barshi area. We know each other well. It feels more like a small community than a big corporation. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have big shipments going out towards Solapur. The roads around here can be a bit rough sometimes, but we manage. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, and people know where to find us if they need something. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. Word of mouth usually does the job for us in a place like Vairagh. It’s just how things work in this part of the country. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks at hand.
