REGAL EXECUTIVE RESTAURANT

Our place is called Regal Executive Restaurant and we are located in Golden Heights 1, Anand Nagar, right on Vijapur Road in Solapur. It’s near the ITI, so we get a lot of students and staff from there. The name sounds a bit formal, but we are actually a very casual spot. We just liked the way it sounded when we registered the business. Solapur is a hot place, so we make sure the fans are always on full blast for anyone who sits down. We have been at this address on Bijapur Road for a while now. The building is called Golden Heights, and you can see it from the main road. We do a lot of lunch plates for the workers nearby. My son helps me with the deliveries on his scooter, and I stay back to manage the kitchen and the counter. We don't use any fancy machines, just standard stoves and lots of hand-chopping. Sometimes we run out of water and have to wait for the tanker, which is just part of living in this part of Solapur. We don't have any big advertisements. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from their friends at the ITI. We just want to keep the place running and make enough to get by. It’s a straightforward life here at 413002, just serving food to whoever walks through the door. It's not fancy but it's ours.
