Pushkar Restaurant & Bar

If you find yourself over by Asra Chowk on Hotagi Road, you will see our sign for Pushkar Restaurant & Bar. We are sitting at Plot No 280/1a/3 in the 413224 area of Solapur. It is a spot where people come to sit for a bit after they finish their work for the day. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. It gets really hot back there, especially when the stove is going full blast all evening. We serve food and drinks to whoever comes in, and mostly it is the same group of regulars who live nearby. We do not do anything too complicated. Just simple meals and a place to have a cold drink. Sometimes the music is a bit loud if someone keeps putting coins in the machine, but usually, it is just the sound of people talking. We keep the tables wiped down as best we can. It is a family-run kind of setup, so you might see the kids helping out or someone’s uncle sitting in the corner. We get our supplies from the local market every morning. It is a lot of lifting heavy crates and washing glasses. We do not have fancy menus with pictures, just a list of what we have that day. It is just a regular place for regular people. We have been at this location for a good while and know the neighbors pretty well by now.
