Nikita Pure Veg Restaurant

Nikita Pure Veg Restaurant has been sitting here on Kurdwadi Road in Barshi for quite a while now. If you are looking for us, we are right across from Chopra Palace, which makes it easy to find even when the traffic gets a bit heavy in the afternoons. Most days start pretty early around here because there is a lot of chopping and cleaning to do before the first person walks through the door. We don't do anything fancy, just standard veg plates that people in the neighborhood seem to like. The tables are usually full around lunchtime with folks from the nearby offices and shops. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the kitchen gets noisy when the tawa is going, but that is just how a busy place works. We keep the floor swept and the water jugs filled up. Our staff mostly lives nearby in the Patil Plot area, so they know most of the regulars by name. It isn't a big corporate setup or anything like that. Just a kitchen with a few people making food and making sure the plates are clean. We go through a lot of vegetables every day, mostly from the local market. Some days are faster than others, but we try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long. It is just a simple spot to get a meal and head back to work or home. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the front that everyone in Barshi knows.
