Mahesh Engineering Works

Our workshop is located at G-69 in the MIDC area, which is the heart of the industrial zone. If you have ever walked through an MIDC, you know the sounds and smells—lots of metal being cut and the scent of machine oil in the air. We have been running these engineering works for many years now. The floor is made of solid concrete and is usually covered in metal shavings and tools. We have got lathes and milling machines that stay busy for most of the day. It isn't a clean, air-conditioned office environment, but that's fine by us. Our work involves a lot of precision, taking measurements and making sure every part we create is exactly right. The shop can get quite loud when the grinders are going, so we often have to shout to be heard over the noise. Most of our orders come from other factories nearby that need custom parts or repairs on their own machinery. We are a small group of guys who have spent our lives working with metal. There is a lot of pride in taking a raw piece of steel and turning it into something useful. It is hard, physical work, but it is what we know how to do best, and we keep at it from morning until evening.
