We are located in the Baramati MIDC area, specifically at plots W 32 and 33. Being in an industrial zone means it’s pretty loud and dusty most of the time. There are workshops and factories all around us. Our space is basically a big shed with some office rooms built into one side. You can hear the sound of metal and machines from the neighboring plots all day long. We have our own equipment set up on the shop floor. It’s not the cleanest place because of the oil and the metal shavings, but that’s just how it is in engineering. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about the grease. The office part is just a couple of desks with computers and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corners. We spend a lot of time out on the floor checking on things. There is a small canteen nearby where we go for lunch, or sometimes we just eat at our desks. It’s a lot of manual work and technical stuff. We have a small yard out front where we park the bikes and the truck. The sun gets really hot in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open for whatever air we can get. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. Most of the guys have been here for years, so we all know how to handle the machines and the long hours.
