Our office is located at House No. O-10 in the Main Colony of Walchandnagar. We are part of the Indapur taluka in the Pune district. It’s a very specific part of the colony, and most people around here can point you to the O-block without much trouble. We’ve been running Walchandnagar Industries Ltd. from this house for some time now. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks. There’s a lot of coming and going, especially during the middle of the day. The Main Colony is a busy place with lots of families and other workers living nearby. We try to keep things orderly, but with all the files and equipment, it gets a bit crowded sometimes. We don't use any fancy management speak or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just sit down at our desks and figure out what needs to happen next. It’s basic, honest work.
