Chemtex Global Engineer Pvt Ltd Mumbai is actually based out here in Akluj, which is a bit of a change from the big city. Our office is in Sagar Niwas, located in Sujay Nagar. It’s a straightforward engineering office. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of technical manuals stacked up in the corner. We spend the day going through drawings and managing different tasks that come our way. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed because we aren't in a skyscraper. Sometimes it gets quite hot in Solapur, so we have the fans going all day while we work. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with shiny glass walls. We’re just a group of people who know engineering and work out of a house-like building. Most of our neighbors know us, and we usually get our lunch from the local spots nearby. It feels more like a community here. We handle the technical side of things without much fuss. If you walk in, you’ll see us busy with calculators and schedules. It’s just regular work done by people who live nearby. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing our simple way of doing things.
