Hotagi Road is one of those streets that always has something going on, whether it is people heading to work or just out for an evening walk. We are not a very big place, just a regular restaurant and bar where people can come to take a break. The building is older, and sometimes we have to fix things here and there, like a leaky tap or a squeaky door, but it has character. We do not have any corporate manuals or fancy uniforms. It is just us, doing our work and making sure the place is open when it should be. The evenings are usually our busiest time when the sun goes down and people are looking to relax after a long day. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It is a quiet kind of life here in Solapur, and we are just happy to be a part of the local scene on Hotgi Road. We do not try to impress anyone with big talk, we just stay here and do our job. It’s been a good run so far for us.
