HOTEL SURUCHI PURE VEG RESTAURANT

We are located at Surve No. 744, right on the Pune Solapur Highway in Mohol. You will see us opposite the Netaji Prashala and the junior college. Being on the highway means we get a lot of people driving through who are hungry and need a break from the steering wheel. We focus on serving pure veg food to our customers. It is a simple place with tables and chairs where families and truck drivers sit together to eat. We have been here for a good bit of time. The kitchen stays busy most of the day, especially during the lunch and dinner hours when the traffic is heavy. My brother and I run the place along with some local help from the village. We don't have fancy menus with photos or descriptions. We just tell you what we cooked for the day and what is fresh. Usually, it is simple dal, rice, and vegetables with some hot rotis. We keep the water jars filled on the tables for everyone. It can get dusty because of the highway traffic and the wind, but we wipe things down as much as possible throughout the day. People stop here because it is convenient and the food is straightforward without any fuss. We aren't trying to be a high-end restaurant or anything. It is just a highway stop for honest food. Some people stay for a quick tea while others have a full meal. We see a lot of students from the college too.
