Minapur Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited

Minapur Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited is a group of women farmers from the Minapur block. We are located at the house of Vinod Kumar in the village tola of Panch Manikpur. We started this because the women in our area do a huge amount of the farming work, and we wanted to have our own way to manage the business side of things. It is a real grassroots effort. Most of our members are busy every day in the fields, looking after the crops and making sure everything is growing right. We handle everything from getting seeds to figuring out where to sell the harvest. It is a lot of responsibility, but we do it together as a group. Being based in Panch Manikpur keeps us close to the land and the people we work with. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us, working out of a local home and making decisions that affect our livelihoods. Sometimes the work is exhausting and the weather doesn't cooperate, but that is just life on the farm. We are focused on the practical side of farming and making sure our families are taken care of. It is an honest living, and we take pride in the work we do with our own hands. We are just a local group of women trying to make a difference in our own small way without any fuss.
