Sharmev Agro Private Limited

At Sharmev Agro Private Limited, we spend most of our time out in the fields around Vill Bangrabansidhar Tola. Our office is set up at Suresh Kumar Jha’s place in Bangra. It isn’t a big glass building or anything like that. It is just a regular house where we keep our papers and talk to the farmers from the Kurhani block. Life here follows the seasons. When the rain starts, everyone is busy, and when it is dry, we worry about the water. We handle different agro products because that is what people around here need. It is a lot of work getting everything sorted, but we have been doing it for a while now. Some days the dust is everywhere and the roads are bumpy, especially around the tola, but we still get to where we need to go. We don't have a big marketing team. It is just a few of us making sure the supplies get to the right people at the right time. Usually, you can find someone sitting on the porch talking about the crop prices or the weather. We know most of the families in the village because we grew up here ourselves. If you walk down past the main turn in Bangra, you will eventually find us. We keep things simple because that works better for everyone involved. No one here cares much for fancy talk, just honest work and making sure the harvest goes okay this year.
