Barharia Krishak Producer Company Limited

So, this is Barharia Krishak Producer Company Limited. We operate out of Neyaz Ahmad’s place over in Tola Barharia. It’s right in the Barharia block, so we are right in the middle of everything here. Most of us grew up around these fields and we know the people here well. Being a producer company means we deal with a lot of different small tasks every day, mostly helping out the folks nearby. It’s not always easy, but having Neyaz Ahmad involved helps keep things on track. We don't have a big corporate building, it’s just a local spot in the village. You can find us near the panchayat area if you're looking. We’ve got some desks and some paperwork, but mostly we are out and about. Sometimes we sit around and talk about the next season or what needs fixing. It’s a very local thing, not like those big companies in the city. We speak the same way everyone else does here and we don't try to be something we aren't. It’s just us, working on Barharia soil. Sometimes the roads get messy when it rains, but we still show up. It’s important for the people in the village to have a place they can actually walk to. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing for the group. That’s the way it is here.
