Our business is located over at Bhaskar Gawade’s place in Khaskilwada, Sawantwadi. The address is E 95/1/2. Being in the Konkan region, we deal with a lot of specific crops that you don't see elsewhere. Ravisindhu Agro is just a small group of us trying to make the most of what we grow. The office is really just a corner of the house where we keep our files and the computer. Most of our real work happens outside in the orchards and fields. It’s a very local thing. We don't have a big staff or any fancy branding. We just know everyone in the neighborhood and they know us. Sawantwadi is a great place to live, but the work is never finished. We are always checking on the trees or the soil. The company was started to help us get our produce to the market without too many middle-men getting in the way. It’s a practical solution to a common problem. We don't pretend to be some big corporation. We are just practical people who understand the land. Sometimes the bookkeeping gets behind when we are busy with the harvest, but we catch up eventually. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it right here in Khaskilwada. We just keep moving forward and take each day as it comes, making sure the work gets done properly.
