We are Kokan Origin Private Limited, and you can find us at 2037, Abhinav Nagar 2 in Kudal. Being in the Sindhudurg district means we’re surrounded by the beauty of the Konkan region. It’s a different kind of life here, with the hills and the rain and all the fruit trees. We started this business because we wanted to do something with the local products that come from this specific soil. It’s not a big corporate setup; we’re just a small group of people working out of a modest place in Kudal. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers and figuring out how to get things moved from the farms to the people who want them. It’s often messy work, and we don’t always have the answers right away. We aren't polished business types. We’re more comfortable in the orchards than in front of a computer. Our days are filled with the smells of the earth and the sounds of the local market. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a batch of fruit isn't good, we say so. We’re just trying to make a living while staying true to where we come from. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but that’s just life in the Konkan. We’re just regular folks trying to run a decent business in our hometown and help out our neighbors whenever we can.
