Aradhya Farmer Producer Company Limited is based over here in Ansing. You can find us at Parmeshwar Sitaram Wabale’s place. It’s pretty much just a group of us who live nearby and work the fields every day. Farming in this part of the country is always a bit of a gamble with the rain and the markets, so we figured staying together was better. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big shiny building. It is mostly just sitting around and figuring out how to handle the harvest or what seeds to buy for the next round. Parmeshwar helps keep things organized here. Everyone in Ansing knows each other anyway, so it felt natural to put a name on what we were already doing. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of our work happens outside under the sun. We are just trying to get a fair shake for the stuff we grow. Sometimes the prices are low and it gets frustrating, but that is just how it goes. Being a farmer producer company means we can talk to the buyers as one group. It is a slow process and we are still learning how to manage everything, but we are getting there bit by bit. There isn't much more to say about us, we just work and try to keep things moving.
