Subham Enterprise

We are at 160, Sevoke Road. That’s in the Darjeeling district. If you know this road, you know how busy it gets. There’s always trucks and cars heading somewhere. We are right in the middle of it at Subham Enterprise. It’s not a quiet spot, but it’s where the action is. The building is a bit older. We’ve got some cracks in the plaster here and there. It doesn't bother us much. We have been here long enough that we don't notice the noise of Sevoke Road anymore. We spend our time managing things from a few small desks. There’s a lot of dust from the road, so we are always wiping things down. It’s a constant battle. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and find whoever is available. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a small enterprise in a big district. Darjeeling is known for many things, but for us, it's just home and work. We see the hills in the distance when the clouds clear up. Most days, we are just focused on the papers in front of us. We drink a lot of tea. It keeps us going through the afternoon slump. We don't have any awards on the wall. Just a calendar and some notes. We have a leaky faucet in the back that we really should fix one day.
