Shiv Builder Centre

Shiv Builder Centre is located right at Jalpaimore on Burdwan Road. It’s a busy spot with lots of vehicles passing by all the time. We sell different kinds of building stuff to anyone who needs it, from small homeowners to bigger contractors. The yard is usually full of supplies, and we spend most of our time outside checking the stock. It’s not the cleanest place, especially when it rains and things get a bit muddy. But that doesn’t stop the work from happening. We’ve got a small crew that helps with the loading and unloading. Sometimes the trucks arrive late at night, and we have to be there to meet them. It can be tiring, but we’re used to it by now. We don't do any fancy marketing or have a big corporate office. It’s just us and the materials. People know they can find us here if they’re doing a renovation or building something new from scratch. Burdwan Road is a good place for a business like this because it’s easy to get to. We try to keep a decent variety of things so people don’t have to go to multiple places. We talk to the locals, hear about their projects, and just try to be helpful. It’s a straightforward business, nothing too complicated. We’ve been at Jalpaimore for a while and plan to stay as long as people need building materials for their homes.
