Our shop is right at the 2nd Mile on the Siliguri State Highway, near the Siliguri Check Post. It’s a very busy stretch of road, especially being so close to Sarbamangala Road. There is always noise from the trucks and buses passing by on the highway at all hours. We handle a lot of infrastructure-related sales, so we have people dropping in from all over the area. The location is convenient for transport, but the traffic can be a real headache in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We’ve set up our office and storage here to be right in the middle of all the action. It’s a practical space, filled with samples, catalogs, and various bits of equipment. We don't have any fancy displays or air conditioning that actually works all the time. It’s more of a place where people come to talk business and check on their orders face to face. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to drivers about their routes. Being near the check post means things never really slow down for us. We see a lot of different faces every day, which keeps things interesting. The building itself is just a standard highway-side structure, nothing special to look at from the outside. We’ve got a small area out front for parking, though it fills up fast with the visitor cars. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, staying close to the main transport routes and the highway flow.
