Memorable Journey

We are located out in Village Kag, near Darbhog Gahan, along the Cemetery Road in Sanjauli. It’s quite a long address and sometimes people find it hard to track us down the first time. The area is much quieter than the center of Sanjauli. We work out of a small place here. It’s mostly just us and the local neighbors. We started doing this because we wanted to help people see the parts of the hills that aren't just the Mall Road. Being near the cemetery means it’s a peaceful spot, not much traffic noise. We spend our days answering emails and talking to drivers who are out on the road. The office is cozy, maybe a bit cluttered with maps and old notebooks. We don't have a big neon sign outside. It’s just a simple door. We know the walking paths around Kag and Sanjauli really well. Sometimes we take a walk ourselves when it’s quiet. We handle the hotel bookings and the transport for people coming up from the plains. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just like what we do and we like living here in this part of Shimla. The winters get very snowy on this side of the hill, so we often work with a heater under the desk. It's a long walk up if you don't have a car, so we usually tell people to call us first.
