Ppr Foods India Private Limited operates out of Flat No. 304-C in the Royale Empire building. It’s in Peermuchalla, which is right on the edge of Zirakpur. It might seem a bit odd to have a food business in an apartment complex, but we use it as our main office for all the paperwork and coordination. Most of our day is spent at these desks, talking to vendors and tracking where our supplies are. Zirakpur is always a bit of a mess with the traffic on the highway, so we do a lot of our business over the phone. We don't have a storefront where you can walk in and buy things. It’s just us sitting in the flat, managing the logistics. Sometimes the building's elevator is out of service, which is a pain when we have files to move. We have a small kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the noisy streets outside. We started this because we knew the food trade well. We don't have big signs or flashy lights outside. Our neighbors are just regular families living their lives. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother anyone in the building. It’s a simple office life, really. We just focus on the numbers and making sure the food reaches the right places on time. I hope the traffic clears up by the time I have to head out later.
