In the village of Karandwadi, which is part of Walwa, you’ll find Kachare Agro Producer Company Limited. We are based out of Mahadeo Dattu Hake’s place. It’s a small operation, really. Most of us here have known each other since we were kids, so starting a company together felt like the natural thing to do. Flashy advertising isn't something we do. We are just focused on the crops and making sure the soil stays healthy for the next year. Walwa is a good area for farming, but it has its challenges like anywhere else. Mornings are spent in the fields and afternoons are for dealing with the logistics of this company. It's not always easy to get everything organized, especially when everyone has their own way of doing things. But we've found that having a central point like this helps a lot. Being the biggest company out there isn't our goal. We just want to be useful to the farmers in our little corner of the world. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset.
