Choremare Agro Shetkari Producer Company Limited is based out of House No. 203. That’s in Wangi Bk, which is out in the Aurangabad area. We’ve been farming these parts for a long time, so we decided to put this company together to see if we could do better as a group. It’s mostly just a few families from the village. The office is really just a room in the house where we keep the ledger and some chairs for when people come over. We talk about stuff like water levels in the wells and what fertilizer is costing this month. It’s not very formal at all. Sometimes we spend hours just arguing about when to harvest because the weather reports are never quite right. Aurangabad is a big place, but Wangi is quiet. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights. Most people in the village know where we are anyway. If someone has a problem with their crop, they come by and we see if anyone else has had the same issue. It’s just about getting by and making sure our families are taken care of. We don't use big words or have complicated plans. We just take it day by day and try to keep the business moving. It's dusty and loud during the harvest, but that's just part of the job. We're just regular people doing what we know.
