We are located at Post 80/K in the Siddheshwer Colony of Tasgaon. Atmanirbhar Adarsh India Agro Producer Company Limited is a bit of a mouthful to say, so most people just call us by part of the name. Being in Siddheshwer Colony means we are in a nice, steady part of town. We don't have a big warehouse or a corporate headquarters. Our setup is pretty modest, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet up to talk about the business. Tasgaon is a good place to be for an agro-based company. We spend a lot of time out and about, so the office is mostly a place to touch base and get the admin work finished. We aren't the type of people to use big marketing slogans. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Some days the paperwork piles up, and other days we are out in the fields seeing how things are growing. It’s a mixed bag. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the way things work in this district. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job needs doing, we just do it. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We are just a local group trying to make a go of it in the agro sector. This is our daily life here in Tasgaon.
