If you find yourself on Chairman Rathinasamy Street in Shevapet, look for number 70/51. That’s where we are. Salem 636 002 is our home base. Team Leader has been part of this neighborhood for a while. Shevapet is a busy trading hub, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. Lorry movements, people shouting, the smell of the market—it’s all part of the atmosphere here. Our office is a straightforward place. We have some basic furniture, a few fans that hum all day, and our equipment. We don't believe in spending money on fancy interiors when the work is what matters. It gets quite hot in Salem, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible. The team is small but we’ve worked together for years. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to be done and then we just get to it. There’s no corporate hierarchy feel here. We just sit together and solve problems.
