Techaids

Salem is a place that gets very hot, so our office at Techaids is usually kept as cool as we can manage. We are located in Tamil Nadu, and the 636009 area has been our home for years. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team that helps out with various technical aids and equipment. The shop is often a bit cluttered with tools and spare parts, but that’s just how we work. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours. We drink a lot of coffee while we figure out how to fix things or set up new gear for people. We don't wear uniforms or suits; we just wear what's comfortable for the day's work. Most of our customers are from nearby, and we like it that way. It’s a quiet sort of business. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People mostly find us by word of mouth or by just walking past. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s just how things are in Salem. We take the work as it comes and try to do it right the first time. The office is simple, with some old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't need much more than that to get the job done. It’s honest, everyday work for us.
