Baalin Technologies

Baalin Technologies is tucked away at 25/11A5 Guru Ragavendra Nagar in Reddiyor. It’s a quiet enough street most days, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on technical problems. We’ve been at this Reddiyor address for a while now and the neighbors are all used to seeing us coming and going. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a solid building where we keep our tools and our computers. Inside, it's mostly just us sitting around a couple of large tables covered in wires and different components. We don't have a big staff, so things stay pretty informal. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We do a lot of testing and re-testing here, which can take up a lot of hours. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but usually, we try to wrap things up by evening. The air conditioning is a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few minutes. We like being in Guru Ragavendra Nagar because it feels like a real community. People stop by just to say hello sometimes. We don't have a sales team or anything like that. We just rely on doing the job right so the work speaks for itself. It’s a practical way to run things and it keeps the daily routine honest and simple for the whole team.
