So, we are based out on the Salem Main Road in Manmangalam. It is right by the Alr Car Land. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find. Ict Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for a bit. It is dusty sometimes because of all the cars and trucks passing by on the main road, but that is just how it is in Tamil Nadu. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts and the roads get messy. We do a lot of technical work and managing different projects. Inside, it's pretty quiet most of the time, except when the fans are going full speed. We have some plastic chairs for guests and a big table where we have our lunch together. It’s not like those offices you see in movies with glass walls and carpets. It is more practical. We use what we have and make it work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but usually, we head home by six. The local tea stall is where we spend our breaks and talk about cricket or the weather. We don't talk much about strategies or big visions. We just talk about what needs to be fixed today. It's a humble setup, but we get the job done. Being on the main road means we see a lot of life every day. It feels grounded and real.
