Salem Attur Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is called Salem Attur Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located on Nadar Street in Narasingapuram. It is a local spot that is easy for most of the farmers in this area to get to. We are not a corporate office with people in suits. We are just a collective of people who work the land. Our office on Nadar Street is where we handle all the boring stuff like filing and meetings. We would much rather be out in the fields, but this part is necessary too. We deal with a lot of different crops because the farmers here grow whatever the season allows. Sometimes the office gets very busy and there are people everywhere talking about grain prices and weather reports. It can be a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just tell people what we have and try to get a price that is fair for the person who grew it. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we know everyone’s face. We are just trying to keep the farming tradition alive in Narasingapuram. It is a hard job and the money isn't always great, but we stay together because it is the only way to make it work.
