Retail Management

Retail Management is located over at 20A on North Street in Salem. It’s a straightforward spot in Tamil Nadu. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters; it’s just this space on a busy street. We spend our days talking to shop owners and figuring out how to handle their stock and sales. Salem is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and notes, but we know where everything is. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just help people manage their stores better. If a shelf is empty or the books don’t match, we look into it. It’s practical work. North Street can get pretty loud during the day with the traffic and people walking by. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that keep the place cool enough. Most of the time, we are out visiting sites, but this is where we come back to do the planning. We’ve been in this 20A location for a good while. It’s not a fancy glass office, just a regular building where we get things done. We like being part of the local scene here in Salem. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want the local shops to run a bit smoother. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
