We are Juran Tqm Technologies India Pvt Ltd, and we operate out of the Salem H O. It’s not a huge fancy headquarters, just a place where we get our daily work done. We focus on quality management and technology stuff, which sounds a bit technical, but really it is just about making sure things work the way they are supposed to. In the office here in Salem, we spend a lot of time on computers and talking to different companies who need help with their systems. It can be a bit dry sometimes, looking at data and processes all day long, but someone has to do it. We aren't those types who wear suits every day; we keep it pretty casual around here. The building is just a regular office space, and we've been here long enough that we know all the tea stalls nearby. Salem is a good place for us because it isn't as crazy as Chennai or Bangalore, but there is still plenty of industry to keep us busy. We don't have a big marketing department writing fancy brochures. Usually, we just explain what we do over a cup of coffee. Things get busy at the end of the month when reports are due, but otherwise, we just keep a steady pace. It’s a local operation with a focus on doing a decent job for the clients we have. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward with the work we have.
