We are over in the Aryas Building right near the Salem Collectorate on Periyar Street. It gets pretty busy around here with all the government office traffic, but we’ve been in this spot for a good while now. Most days you’ll find us sorting through cables or checking the sound systems for whatever event is coming up next. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we keep the instruments and meet people. Sometimes the music gets a bit loud when we're testing things out, but the neighbors are mostly used to it by now. Being right in the middle of Salem helps us get to different venues without too much trouble, though parking on Periyar Street can be a real headache some afternoons. We started out small with just a few speakers and a keyboard, and we just kept going from there. The guys usually hang around the shop after a gig to pack everything back in its place. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the lights don’t flicker at the wrong time. If you walk past the building, you might hear someone practicing or just the sound of crates being moved around. We don’t spend much time decorating the walls inside because we're usually out on the road at some wedding or hall. It’s a simple setup we have here, but it works for what we do every day. There is always someone checking a list or loading a van.
