Raj Echo Orchestra

The Raj Echo Orchestra is based out of Salem, specifically at No.1-A Rasi Apartments. We are located on 5th Cross in Dharmanagar, which is part of the Suramangalam area. Our zip code is 636005. If you are coming this way, we are quite near the Junction Police Station. Another landmark people use is Siva Coffee Bar Road. I often go there myself to grab a quick drink during the day. Being in an apartment building like Rasi Apartments means we have to be a bit careful about the noise sometimes, which is funny considering what we do. Our space is filled with musical instruments, microphones, and various pieces of electronic gear. It’s a bit cramped, honestly. I’ve been living in Salem for a long time and Suramangalam is a busy hub because of the railway junction being close by. You can always hear the distant sound of trains if you listen closely. The office isn't very formal. We have posters on the walls and cables coiled up in the corners. It’s a place where we practice and get everything ready for the next performance. The 5th Cross is a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a headache. But we make it work. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things loud and lively in our own way. We enjoy the local atmosphere here in Salem and the people are generally quite supportive of our music.
