Oncampus Technologies is located at No 365-A, Midland Nagar, which is right on the Suramangalam Main Road in Salem. It is a busy area and being on the main road means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. Our office is a simple place where we have set up our workstations and a small area for breaks. We focus on tech projects and we have been doing this for a while now. Salem is a good place to be because it is not as chaotic as the bigger cities but still has everything we need. We don't go in for fancy titles or a lot of corporate polish. We are just a group of workers who know our way around technology. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks working through whatever code or system we are building. We don't have a marketing department, so we don't really do any promotion. We just rely on the work we do to speak for itself. Sometimes we walk down to a nearby shop for coffee when we need a break from the screens. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere in the office and we don't have any strict dress codes or formal meetings. We just talk to each other about what needs to be fixed and then we go ahead and fix it. That is how we have always done things.
