Kadayampatty Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our office is right on Nadu Veedhi, which is the middle street in Kadayampatti. We are at number 9/13/2, just a short walk from the old post office. Everyone knows that landmark, so it makes us easy to find. We are the Kadayampatty Farmer Producer Company Limited, basically a group of farmers who got together to make things a bit more organized for ourselves. Kadayampatti is a busy little place, and being on the main street means we see everyone. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big staff. Most of us are usually out in the fields during the day, so the office is more of a hub for when we need to sign things or talk about the crops. We handle whatever the local land gives us, whether it’s grains or vegetables. There’s no corporate manual here; we just figure things out as we go. Sometimes we disagree on how to do things, but that’s just part of being a local group. The building is old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We sit on the benches outside and talk about the rain or the latest government rules for farmers. It’s a practical life. We focus on getting the produce sorted and sent off to the markets. It’s hard work, and your clothes get dirty, but it’s what keeps the community in Kadayampatti moving forward day by day.
