Jaisri Farms LLP is located over at 24 R T Nagar, in the Shivaya Nagar Reddiyur area of Salem. Salem is a busy place, but our corner feels a bit more settled. We’ve been operating from here for some time now, focusing on our farm business. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day tasks. The office is right there in the residential patch, so we are part of the neighborhood. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls to check on how the crops are doing and what needs to be moved to the market. We don't go in for fancy marketing or big slogans. We just try to run the farm business as best as we can without overcomplicating things. Salem has a long history of agriculture, and we are just trying to do our part in that tradition. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, which keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we have to work late into the evening to get the paperwork done after spending the day out and about. It’s a modest setup, but it suits us just fine. We appreciate the people we work with and the land we have. It’s not always easy, but it’s the work we chose, and we stick to it every day.
