Our place is located on Vela Street in the Shevapet area. It is a pretty busy part of Salem, so there is almost always some noise coming in from the street outside. You know how it is in this city, especially around this neighborhood. We have got this office at number 21. It is where we do all the cybernetics work and technical stuff. Most people walking past probably don't know what we are doing in here, but that is fine with us. We are just a small group of people who spend our time working on computers and different machines. It is mostly just us drinking tea and staring at screens for many hours a day. Sometimes we get stuck on a difficult problem and have to walk around the block just to clear our heads. The traffic outside can be quite a lot during the peak hours. We have been here for a bit now and it is a comfortable enough space. It isn't a huge corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular building with some old furniture and a few newer desks we bought. The power goes out once in a while, so we just have to deal with that like everyone else. Salem is home for us and we like being in Shevapet because everything is close. If we need a snack from the market, it's just a short walk away. We don't spend much on decor, we just make sure our gear works and keep things going.
