You can find us over on II Street in State Bank Colony, Ammapet. It’s a relatively quiet residential area, which is a nice change from the main market roads. Our building is at 36/1, and it’s basically just a few rooms filled with computers, circuit boards, and a lot of tangled cables. We spend a lot of time sitting at old wooden desks that are covered in various components and screwdrivers. It’s not a fancy tech office with bean bags or glass walls. It’s just a place where we do the technical work that needs doing. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all end up sitting around waiting for a file to download. We get people from the neighborhood dropping in because they saw the name and thought we fixed home appliances, and we have to explain what we actually do. The air conditioning is a bit temperamental, so we usually have a window open, which lets in the sounds of the street and the occasional stray dog barking. We keep our records in some old binders that are starting to fall apart at the edges. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us who know the ins and outs of the hardware we handle. There’s usually a half-finished cup of tea sitting somewhere near a soldering iron. We don’t have any grand plans, just focusing on getting the current batch of work finished so we can head home for the day.
